THE PROCESS
All of my invoicing and contracting is handled through the online business management service, Honeybook.
1. INQUIRE
Once you’ve decided that you’re ready to talk, head on over to the ‘Contact’ section of the website and fill out the form! When I receive your inquiry, I will send over a comprehensive brochure with package pricing info & add-ons.
2. SUBMIT BROCHURE
Attached to your email, you will find a link to an interactive brochure that will allow you to select a base package as well as any add-ons you’d like to discuss further. Once you submit this brochure, we will set up a call to discuss details and get to know each other!
3. ZOOM CALL/MEET UP
For every couple I book with I set up a call to answer questions and manage expectations. This isn’t limited to zoom. I’d be happy to use whatever medium you feel most comfortable with!
4. REVIEW PROPOSAL
If you’re ready to move forward after our call, I will send over a proposal which includes my contract and an invoice of the services that you’ve requested. You may review your contract at this time and ask any further questions.
5. SIGN CONTRACT/PAY RETAINER
Once you’re comfortable with the contract and terms of service, you will be able to sign digitally over the attached email. After I countersign the contract you will be able to pay your non-refundable retainer to hold your wedding date. This payment can be made with a credit card or bank transfer online through Honeybook.
6. FILL OUT QUESTIONNAIRE
Congrats! You’ve booked my services and locked in your wedding date. At this point, I will send over a general questionnaire to finalize details that I will need to best tell your wedding day story!
7. FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining 50% of your total invoice is due exactly one month before the date of your wedding.
8. GET MARRIED! - FILM DELIVERED
Your wedding day has come and gone! Now it’s time for me to sit down in the editing room and craft the story of your special day! This typically takes anywhere from 8-12 weeks depending on my current work load and time of year.
